Mindful Moment

This is a quick personal project I put together after reading Martha Beck’s, The Way of Integrity.

Her key message: Integrity means being at one with your deepest, truest self – and it’s the antidote to suffering. A state of being where you can find your path and live in your truth. One part of that process requires being still enough and quiet enough to listen to your inner self.

The dot's movement above is using the box breathing method, great for slowing your breathing and calming your nervous system. Take a minute to follow along, clear your mind, and listen to your soul. πŸ’œ
